Things were more or less the same this week, maybe a touch better. I was at home (Springfield) for the first portion of the week so I couldn't do quite everything I wanted rehab-wise, but I don't think it was too big of a deal. Saw Dr. Settergren again on Thursday; we just did some ART. Still waiting to do more dry needling, likely on Tuesday this upcoming week.
The Achilles generally has been feeling a bit better, but I still feel like I'm pushing it about as much as I can right now. The run on Sunday for instance, it started to feel like it was too much around 7 or 8 miles in, but then, oddly, it felt great the last mile or so. So we'll see how my appointments and runs go this week. When we last spoke, Dr. Settergren thought I might be running every day again by the end of next week. My hope is still that I can be training close to full volume by June.
