Training, March 19 - 25

Monday: 8 AM - 10 miles moderate.

Tuesday: 7 AM - 11 miles moderate.
4 PM - 5 miles easy.

Wednesday: 9 AM - 10 miles easy; GS.
4 PM - 5 miles easy.

Thursday: 7 AM - 14 miles moderate.

Friday: 11 AM - 8 miles easy; GS.

Saturday: 11 AM - 13 miles moderate.

Sunday: 9 AM - 5 miles easy.

Summary: 81 miles, 2x GS
First week back training.  Higher mileage than perhaps would be advisable (and I was a bit sore the first half of the week), but I've got a 50k this coming weekend and American River 50 Mile the following week.  So I ramped things up pretty quickly.  Feeling good now.
