Summary: 55 miles, 3x GS

The primary goal this week was to recover the previous eight days' hard training.  Went more or less to plan.  Tallahassee, run as a tough workout on full volume and tired legs, expectedly left me crushed for a few days.  I was glad to still get in a light tuneup/maintenance session Thursday night and to have a good race at USA XC.
