Training, Apr. 19 - Apr. 25

Monday:  10 AM - 10 quality - core, abs, hamstring curls - Woke up with a sore throat, hoping to zap it.
7 PM - 8 easy - Ran w/ John, pretty damn tired.
Total - 18

Tuesday:  10 AM - 6 easy - Sick, decided not to double.
Total - 6

Wednesday:  10 AM - 8 easy - abs, hamstring curls
5 PM - 6 easy - Still sick.
Total - 14

Thursday:  10 AM - 6 easy - Still sick, couldn't run through it like I was hoping.  Gonna back off a bit... learning the hard way.
Total - 6

Friday:  5 PM - 8 easy - Ran w/ the roomy (Kate), Lindsay, Tracy, and Sonni* on the rail trail.  Yup, still sick.
Total - 8

Saturday:  4 easy - Ran w/ John.  Sick. 

Sunday:  11 AM - 6 easy - Still sick.  Post-run, flying out to San Diego to visit Eva for a week.
Total -6

Summary:  62 miles - 1x core, 2x abs, 2x hamstring curls

Pretty awful week.  Sick the whole time, and no real signs of improvement.
