Training, Apr. 12 - Apr. 18

Monday:  11 AM - 17 quality - hamstring curls - Great run out in the country -- beautiful day.
7 PM - 5 easy - Napped in the afternoon, but still felt awful (only 8 hours sleep last night... not enough for me).  Did a real easy run w/ Kate, Beth, Tracy, and John.  NEED MORE SLEEP!
Total - 22

Tuesday:  Noon - 10 quality - Still didn't sleep enough, was tired and feeling kinda shitty on the run.
7 PM - 8 easy w/ 6x short hills - Ran with John.  6 hills were all I could manage... just damn tired.
Total - 18

Wednesday:  11 AM - 10 miles - Failed tempo run.  I was hoping I was feeling better, and went out to do a HMP tempo on Woodcrest.  Hit 5:05, 5:10, 5:13 and was barely holding on, so I called it.  A little depressing.  Just haven't been getting enough sleep w/ school work, and I'm worn out!

Thursday:  10 AM - 4 miles easy - Just dead.
Total - 4

Friday:  10 AM - 6 miles easy
5 PM - 9 miles quality
Total - 15

Saturday:  11 AM - 9 miles quality - abs, hamstring curls
6 PM - 6 miles easy
Total - 15

Sunday:  4 PM - 12 miles quality - On trails w/ John and a random guy we met up with.  Felt pretty shitty by the end of the 12, so decided to cut the long run.
Total - 12

Summary:  96 miles - 2x abs, 3x hamstring curls

Not a great week.  Mileage wasn't awful, but felt like crap and dropped a workout, some ancillary work, and plenty of miles due to just being tired and overworked.  School's really pissing me off.
