Training, Feb. 22 - Feb. 28

Monday:  7 PM - 6 easy - Dead legs from yesterday's 24+ long run.
Total - 6

Tuesday:  10 AM - 4 easy - Felt terrible still, cut it short.  I think 24+ was a bit too much on the long run... taking too long to recover.  Also, haven't been sleeping enough with a bunch of papers due this week.
7 PM - 10 quality - Ran with Beth for a few miles and John.
 Total - 14

Wednesday:  4 PM - 8 easy - Ran most of it with Beth.
Total - 8

Thursday:  4 PM - 8 easy, w/ 5 sets of diagonals
Total - 8

Friday:  5 PM - 10 quality, w/ 1x 10 short hills - With John.
Total - 10

Saturday:  2 PM - 8 quality - Ran with Justin, who was visiting, and John.
Total - 8

Sunday:  11 AM - 13 quality - Planned long run with John.  We were on some tough terrain south of town and both felt like crap, so decided to cut it short.  Gonna push the long run back to tomorrow.
Total - 13

Summary:  67 miles

Not a good week.  A number of factors... too long of a long run last week slowed me down early, and I had friends visiting later in the week.  Also, cutting the long run really hurt the total.  Hopefully next week will be better.
